Do anyone believes in angels? Please do because they exsist...they are really pretty creatures and are really nice one...they are there to help you whenever you need them and everyone has their own guardian angel...try this meditation out to see your guardian angel...=) peace...

If you'd like to connect with your Angel, try this simple meditation.
Make yourself comfortable, sitting or lying down. Be aware of your breathing; slow it down, lengthening each out breathe. Let your body become limp and relaxed Empty your mind; create space, just as though the whole of the universe was there, inside you. Now just be. No doing. Only being. Communicate to your Angel that you wish to connect with her/him. Wait in peace. Be aware of what happens. It may not seem much at first. Be patient. Subtle changes will occur. You may see light, colours or form. You may be aware of a presence. You may feel tingling sensations. You may feel emotion. You will feel love. Any or all or none of these is perfectly fine. Your connection is personal. When you feel you have connected, Just bask in whatever you experience. When you are ready, thank your Angel for her/his presence, (if you didn't connect this time, that's ok - practice some more!) and bring you awareness back to where you are, take a deep breath and, if you've closed them, open your eyes. Feel wonderful and look forward to more connections!You may not know it, but there's an Angel looking out for you who's waiting for you to get in touch.
